New Metric: Efficiency-Based Rankings

I've created a new metric based on the Offensive Ratings listed in the Box Scores ("ORtg" in "Four Factors" section) at Basketball Reference. Similar to the Power Rankings, this iteratively adjusts based on the strength of the opponent in terms of their offensive rating as well as their ability to keep an opponent's rating low (i.e. defensive rating). I believe this recursive process is novel.

Power Ranking Summary 12/16/2013

Thunder (75.03%), Spurs (73.5%), and Blazers (70.25%) top my momentum-based algorithm output. These ratings account for game-by-game opponent strength and point differential. Indy and Miami are next but suffer for playing generally weaker opponents and not "destroying" them.
